A paper will appear in the proceedings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If at least one of the authors of the finally accepted paper registers by paying appropriate fees before the registration deadline,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the IEEE e-copyright form online,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a camera-ready version of the paper (as per the instructions), and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fills up the Google form, and Presents the paper as per the schedule<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IEEE reserves the right to exclude an accepted paper from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and\/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore. Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera ready version of your paper:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>The final camera ready paper is due on <\/em>02 August 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please follow the following steps to finalize the camera-ready version of your paper:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>STEP 1: FINAL CAMERA READY PAPER PREPARATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Address Reviewer Comments:<\/strong>&nbsp;Carefully revise your manuscript according to the reviewers\u2019 feedback and thoroughly proofread it to correct all grammatical errors and typos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Formatting &amp; Template:<\/strong>&nbsp;Format your paper using the standard IEEE conference templates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Author Details:<\/strong>&nbsp;Include all author names, affiliations, postal addresses, and email addresses in the final manuscript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Page Limit:<\/strong>&nbsp;4 to 6 pages (strictly enforced; papers&nbsp;<em>cannot<\/em>&nbsp;exceed 6 pages, including all figures, tables, and references).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Paper Size:<\/strong>&nbsp;US Letter or A4 format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>File Size:<\/strong>&nbsp;Maximum allowable size is 5 MB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Language &amp; Security:<\/strong>&nbsp;The paper must be written in English, contain no password protection, and have all fonts embedded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Plagiarism Policy:<\/strong>&nbsp;Similarity reports must be&nbsp;<strong>below 30%<\/strong>. You may convert your paper from your source application format to Xplore-compatible PDF by using<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">&nbsp;<\/mark><a href=\"https:\/\/ieee-pdf-express.org\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\">IEEE PDF eXpress<\/mark><\/a><\/strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"><strong>.<\/strong> <\/mark>In brief, you need to follow the following steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First-time users should create an IEEE PDFeXpress\u00ae account, entering basic contact information, and getting confirmation of account creation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Login to IEEE PDFeXpress using the following info: <strong>72203X<\/strong> for the Conference ID , Your registered email address &amp; Your password<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload the source file that contains your paper for conversion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive by email the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next you need the camera-ready pdf file that is generated from the IEEE PDF eXpress or passed by the PDF eXpress compliant checking). The PDF eXpress compatibility file should be renamed as {&nbsp;<strong>pdf (For example: 981.pdf)<\/strong>}<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please along with IEEE PDF eXpress compliant pdf file preserve a copy of the compliance message from PDF eXpress which needs to be submitted during your registration.
