The conference will be hosted on 21-22 November 2025 in hybrid mode at University of Rajshahi, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. It is the fourth version of this conference. Papers published of the previous three versions of SPICSCON are available in the IEEE Xplore:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/conhome\/9049268\/proceeding\">First IEEE SPICSCON 2019<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/conhome\/9885262\/proceeding\">Second IEEE SPICSCON 2021<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org\/xpl\/conhome\/10939039\/proceeding\">Third IEEE SPICSCON 2024<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The conference will serve as a platform for academic researchers and research scholars working mainly in the field of signal processing, information technology, communications and systems applications to exchange and share their experience and research results on diverse theoretical and practical problems. It will host a large number of keynote\/invited talks from renowned researchers, projects showcasing, and tutorials\/training on relevant fields.
